Yep sure would. After all the US has 4 times the rate of gun deaths and 15 times the homicide rate that France does. Concealed carry is saving lives in america every single day. The blood of these innocent dead (american) citizens is on the politicians hands.......................................................................................................

Seems like majority of victims were listening to DEATH METAL when attacked. Hmmmm.....
Anyhow, terrific advantage for a massacre. Loud rock concert where if people heard anything at all, their first instinct would be it's pyrotechnics from the performance.
