State Department spokesman Mark Toner told a news briefing that U.S. information was that Islamic State was selling oil at the wellheads to middlemen who in turn were involved in smuggling the oil across the frontier into Turkey.
So if you buy drugs from the "middlemen" you can't be prosecuted?? Obozo the clown-even a clown has to be more believable.

The Undersecretary of the US Treasury apparently didn't get the talking points memo from the State Department a few weeks ago when he gave a talk about ISIS Oil Smuggled into Turkey.

If Obama gets his brother to import illegal weapons to sell, and obama gets part of the profits, is the government guilty, or just the Obamas?

So in other words they believe hundreds of trucks carrying oil can enter Turkey, sell their oil and come back, without any knowledge or approval of Turkey's government.
