This harmless, normal activity is being treated as criminal behavior by the Prosecutor, so (s)he can claim "I put away another dangerous child molester" - even though both are teenagers with only 2 years difference between them - and most people don't think consensual sexting between two teens to be what is meant by the term.
We really need some regulation like "between 12-18, no consensual sexual activity can be prosecuted, other than as a misdemeanor bearing some $50 fine and a lecture from the judge."
After reading other sources that are actual journalism, the reason.com article is best viewed as hyperbole laden opinion.
Not that the situation can be spun in a positive way, but the reason.com article mischaracterizes an awful lot and also ignores relevant fact which would cast the situation in a different light.
Why didn't they just use the Police Department Fluffer? Doesn't every police department have one of those?
If firing rounds into innocent, prostate bodies doesn't give them an erection, the Fluffer will!

Is this the stuff you put on bread with peanut butter to make sandwiches?
Are you suggesting the kid stuff his dick in this stuff and offer it to a police horse or something?
From the urban dictionary:
"fluffer
girl that gives head to the porn stars behind the camera to keep the guys hard."
I don't know, though, maybe peanut butter does work better
"fluffer
girl that gives head to the porn stars behind the camera to keep the guys hard."
Great, now women are taking away CIC's job. He'll be back on unemployment in no time.
If cops want to arrest someone, how about D/R voters for fucking up my life & working on destroying this country over my lifespan.

Please explain how you would address Wolf's Dilemma as an individual voter who has no say in election law. Otherwise bitching about people who vote for the two major parties is completely non-productive. The math of the system forces them to do so.

Good grief, how many pictures of a teenage boy's penis does one police department need?
Yeah, cause there are only a few bad apples...

We need a Constitutional amendment stating that the photograph and distribution of sexually explicit photos of oneself is protected speech under the First Amendment and no law can be use to prosecute anyone who takes sexual pictures or videos of themselves or anyone who receives such material from the subject. However, any police or government official who looks at such material without the written and completely uncoerced permission of the subject has committed a felony and can never work in government in any form again.
