Trump sued Univision, the biggest Spanish language broadcaster in the United States, for $500 million last summer. Trump and the CEO of Univision, Randy Falco, issued peacemaking statements. "I have known Donald Trump for many years in both a personal and professional capacity and we are pleased to settle this matter and move forward," Falco said. "I'm glad we are able to put these differences behind us," Trump said. A Univision spokeswoman declined any further comment.

This is what Liberal electioneering will get you, and trying to place every Latino on the Lbieral plantation in their place along side depressed gheto blacks that the Liberals kick back down every time they try to crawl out.

Hillary only wins this election by the flip of a switch. And a executing a few lines of code.
That is the only way.

Why ? Is it because you are the only person that exists ? The rest of us are just something you are imagining ? You think we are so far down the rabbit hole that all the polls are all fake ?

Like you, I assume others are like me, which is why I don't see how anyone thinks Trump could possibly win.

Never in our history has there been a republican candidate so widely disliked by his own party. Sure 40% or whatever of the republicans are wildly rabbid Trump fans. But about twenty percent of republicans say they can not vote for him. This is unheard of. PEople are trying to figure out whether republicans can even hold a majority in congress because of the number of republicans that are just turned off by this election.

You assume that it's normal to like bullshit lies as much as you do, as long as it argues in the direction of making the case you want to make. A lot of people don't operate that way. I think too many years of Fox news, talk radio, and now Brietbart have totally destroyed any potential you might have once had for critical thinking.

Lindsay Graham famously said, "If we nominate Trump, we will get destroyed.......and we will deserve it."

http://nypost.com/2016/08/22/stumped-by-trumps-success-take-a-drive-outside-us-cities/

Stumped by Trump’s success? Take a drive outside US cities

If you drive anywhere in Pennsylvania, from the turnpike to the old US routes to the dirt roads connecting small towns like Hooversville with “bigger” small towns like Somerset, you might conclude that Donald Trump is ahead in this state by double digits.

Large signs, small signs, homemade signs, signs that wrap around barns, signs that go from one end of a fence to another dot the landscape with such frequency that, if you were playing the old-fashioned road-trip game of counting cows, you would hit 100 in just one small town like this one.

In Ruffsdale, I am pretty sure I saw more than 100 Trump signs.

It’s as if people here have not turned on the television to hear pundits drone on and on about how badly Trump is losing in Pennsylvania.

It’s not just visual: In interview after interview in all corners of the state, I’ve found that Trump’s support across the ideological spectrum remains strong. Democrats, Republicans, independents, people who have not voted in presidential elections for years — they have not wavered in their support.

These Trump supporters are not the kind you find on Twitter saying dumb or racist things; many of them don’t have the time or the patience to engage in social media because they are too busy working and living life in real time.

Trump: 43%
Clinton: 38%
Johnson: 12%
Stein: 4%

If Johnson was really at 12%, and it wasn't the Media Hoax it is, it would be a helluva story and he would be on TV/Radio a whole lot more than he is.

Hell, Stein is polling higher than most third party presidential candidates do.

I'd bet that about 80% of that 16% is just the Geez, I can't stand Hillary or Trump, and their voting preferences will change dramatically when they enter the voting booth. In fact, most of those Johnson voters are just bitter #NeverTrump GOPers. In the booth, they'll consider how many Supremes Hillary will likely appoint, hike up their girdles, and vote Trump.

Once upon a time I disliked both. I knew little of Trump's policies, only knew him as a bigmouth billionaire with romance drama. I hate Clinton and always have, for being a complete Corporate Whore. I started a thread about her long, long before the Campaign Season began. When I expected Romney to run again, or Jeb to be her primary opponent. In such a case I would have stayed home.

However, the more I heard from Trump, his anti-"Free" Trade, pro-All-American-Historical Tariff of two centuries, and anti-mass immigration policies, it's natural that I support the only candidate I've ever had the chance to vote for that endorses these policies. I was under 18 when Perot ran. You may have noticed that all major Democratic and Republican Presidential candidates in the past few elections have supported more H-1Bs and continuing the disastrous Globaloney (It's A Small World Sentiment cloaking Brutal Labor Crushing by Corporations that Marx famously identified as the "Reserve Army of Labor", kept by Capital to disempower Workers) of the post-Golden Age. As has leading third party candidates from the Libertarian Party.

I jerked off when Trump bashed the fuck out of neocon Jeb.

So now I see Trump is a godsend. If he does 10% of what he says it will be great progress. His anti-SJW, anti-ISIS and anti-Islamic Terrorism, and his tougher-with-NATO stances are icing on the cake.

This should be no surprise on my posting history going back years.

The only valid reason I hear from Hillary voters is "TRUMPLER! DRUMPF! HITLER! PUTIN! PUTLER! RACIST, SEXIST, HOMOPHOBIC!" SJW/Russophobic McCarthyism.

Honestly, I don't know why I thought you might, but you never even tried. Came too soon, I guess. You're starting to sound just like him lately, flip flopping around. Can't stand him but think he's a godsend. Claiming the value of labor needs protection from elites and then trumpeting (get it?) the most elitist, cronied, capital-class, bitch-boy the pampered Western world has ever seen.

Perot was right, you know, about that suckin' sound, even though he would have been a lousy president. You would be a better president than the orange douchebag. errc's neighbor's dog would be as well.

The one he's been talking about for decades... the anti-One-Sided Trade Deals.

Given I my important issues are: Ending one-sided "Free" Trade, want Assange and Manning freed, the Patriot Act rolled back (about 5% of warantless wiretaps involve Terrorism, it's now used mostly for the Drug War exactly as predicted by detractors), Reducing Immigration from it's all time high, Detente with Russia, and keeping Radical Religious Believers out of the USA, why should I vote for her?

There's obviously a difference between shifting positions over an extended period and doing it from day-to-day.

Bernie really paved the way for President Trump. Swooped Hillary from the left, so she can't rush to the center. Meanwhile, ol Donald Trump is going to beat Clinton at her own game, by moving to the center in order to gain votes

No problem with evolving opinions here. This is not about flip-flopping. This is about Trump being an idiot, a turd, a thoughtless piece of birther trash and a disgusting infantile trust-funder. The entitlement and fundamental lack of respect for other human beings shown by his behavior towards everyone, both citizens, immigrants, and political opponents (in the Republican Party) is breathtaking. If you have ever known trust-fund trash, this nauseating behavior will be familiar to you, in essence but not in magnitude. Trump is truly the king of clueless trust-fund trash: He makes W and Jeb look positively working-class in comparison.

The problem is that Trump viciously attacked all his primary opponents, in the most schoolyard language ever heard in political debates, on this very issue. He did everything short of sticking out his tongue and chanting "Na na na na na naaah poo-poo!"

Now, in the past 72 hours, Trump has:

1) Switched to a policy which is identical to that of his primary opponents
2) Made statements indicating that he has only begun to think about immigration policy, which has the central policy of his run for the presidency. Incredible.

I would think that now is the time for Bernie to swoop in and take the presidency on a write-in campaign.

After all, he is more popular in the Democratic Party than Hillary (smaller number of supporters notwithstanding) and has a better chance against Trump.

Should Bernie swing into action now, or wait until inauguration day, when his position will be even stronger?

667   HydroCabron   2016 Aug 25, 9:20am

Of course. Tax breaks for the top are the essence of Trump's new brand of conservatism, and among the most refreshing changes he has made to the stale old policies of GOPe.

Sure, and you'll honor me by ignoring it again. But here goes: I support abortion rights, voting rights, unbiased redistricting, equal protection under the constitution, marriage rights for LGBT persons, I oppose theocracy and Citizens United. The composition of the Supreme Court is at a pivotal moment and the Republican party wants to repeal every right mentioned above while furthering theocracy and CU. If I'm not allowed to mention names and you claim to be unable to fill in the blanks you're being deliberately obtuse, again.
