Interesting: http://wvmetronews.com/2016/05/03/huntington-presidential-candidate-frustrated-with-national-democratic-party/
He's basically protesting the abandonment of the coal industry by US politicians, a global economy, technology, and environmental reality. He seems to be blaming coal's problems on the Democratic party moving too far to the left.
Whats more interesting is that your linked image shows both Bernie and IHLary getting 17 delegates, even though the people voted heavily against Clinton.
Its all the Republicans fault!
If only people would wisen up and vote Dem, the party of the people (barf)

My Czech friend explained to me why the communists still had support: "Rural coal-miner losers who won't move or re-train themselves, and believe the communist party will re-open some of the mines."
This is a burden we all must bear, in every country.

Right, because there are so many hundreds of millions of unfilled jobs in Czech Republic. Also, they didn't have a granddaddy who buried title to property in the backyard, so they didn't get free shit like Vaclav Havel types who got prime Prague properties they haven't owned for 3-4 generations for bupkiss.
Just like the West Virginia coal miners. Why, factories over the border in PA are looking for hundreds of thousands of workers! They can just move.
(You know all the Eastern European states spent millions to track down the old pre-1945 owners and give them their old property, often much improved, for free, right? They didn't sell the Communist holdings at auction to raise money or anything. See also Cuban Exiles).
And how did he get 9% of the vote in West Virginia?
