Don't educate voters. The assholes might vote for Hillary or Trump.
It would be unethical to selectively educate voters. In the long run, the more people who vote the better a republic works. Of course, there are possible systems that are far better than republics including democracies that we could implement instead, but that's a whole 'nother discussion in itself.
