lol, what a pussy
The pussies are the assholes who think it's funny to post personal information about someone on here. How bad does your life have to be to think that's funny?
And it's way past time to ban CIC/Ironman.
How bad does your life have to be to think that's funny?
Whoa, sister, slow down. Who pissed in YOUR milk?
It's 2016, people post their personal information all over the net and don't give it a second thought. And these who want to post anonymous post anonymous. It's when someone reveals his personal information, boasts about his reaches and smarts and then suddenly his balls starts shrinking and he starts squealing for his name to be removed it becomes funny. Fucking hilarious, actually.

No, it's really not. Because we have some twisted assholes on here who think it's funny to screw with people's life. This guy isn't embarrassed about some of his posts or because he was wrong about something.
I agree that nobody should be afraid to post their real information on here. It's too bad there are folks like CIC in the world.
I'll unignore you to answer this because it's important.
Hey Tatty, how would somebody get personal information on someone if that original poster didn't already share it with every one here?
Because you spend hours and hours researching every little tidbit of information you can glean from posts on here. You are a troll.
The downside to freedom of speech is having to listen to retards & their ignorant speech.
One doesn't have to click ignore. Don't view a thread & don't respond to comments.
Attention seekers might consider suyecide.
Stick it! spellcheck.
suyecide
You spelled chokingondonaldscockicide wrong. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

I agree with "should" in an ideal world, but doxing can have lethal consequences due to Islam. For example, Saudi Arabia defines terrorism to include atheism or questioning the fundementals of Islam, and Islamic kill lists have now begun to include Americans living in America. As long as our elected officials continue to "respect" and import Islam on behalf of their Saudi and MIC sponsors, Americans should feel concerned about doxing.
The First Amendment struck a balance that reflected the shared values of the Deists, Christians, Jews, agnostics, and atheists who wrote and enacted it: you can say what you want, and Congress will neither respect nor prohibit religion. You can criticize or even mock Deism or Christianity or Judaism or agnosticism or atheism, you can even draw a cartoon, and nothing bad will happen to you. Islam rejects that compromise: Islam commands all Muslims to kill anyone who criticizes Islam, and prohibts all Muslims from protecting them. You can see that in action across the Muslim world, from Pakistan and Bangladesh to Niger, Sudan, and France. Across the Muslim world, most Muslims in countries with Muslim majorities support Sharia, including criminalizing blasphemy against Islam. Even in Britain, with only 5% Muslims, between 20% and 40% want Sharia to be the law of Britain, and outright majorities want parts of Sharia to be imposed via British criminal law. Most Americans have forgotten the Barbary Wars, and the 1,000 year history of Barbaric piracy and slavery that necessitated them, and most Americans have no idea how serious most Muslims are about their religion. Doxing is no joke if it puts you on a kill list. Also, importing more Muslims to enforce the kill lists is no joke either, and it certainly isn't "liberal," it's partisan cynicism on behalf of the MIC and the surveillance state.
"Only a complete moron like me would post personally identifying information such as my real name, Roberto Ribas, to the point where it caused me problems at my work place.
Fixed your post Professor Ribas."
Here's one of the posts in question.
And I'd never purposely expose someone's personal info, even if I disliked the poster. But since Ribas personally outed himself it's fair game. Add in that not only is his current username an insult, but nearly every post he makes is an insult, he is deserving of the response.
In short, someone who did the most outrageously stupid thing one can do on the Internet, has no business calling others stupid. What Ribas did and continues to do is sort of Internet Darwinism.

I have to admit, those are good points. I don't wish a Darwin Award upon him, but his current user name and commentary are obviously trolling.

Cmon dude, we often disagree, but you can't really be this dense.
Internet anonimity is what drives free speech. Making people publicly reveal themselves resembles the college environment Milo is rallying against.

No, it's not. That is complete BS. When did it become fair game to call someone's place of employment?
If you want to insult Ribas on here, that's fair game. Call him an asshole. No problem.

Where did I say I want to make people identify themselves. By all means stay anonymous!
I'm saying that other posters shouldn't spend hours trying to figure out someone's name for the purpose of harming them in real life.
?
Roberto Ribas outed himself. He posted using his real name, profession, etc.
When he came back under his current name he posted in exactly the same style, same views, etc.
Dude needs to delete his account and seek mental health counseling to figure out why he's an Internet addict(continuing the same behavior in the face of increasing negative consequences.
I agree that nobody should be afraid to post their real information on here.
But Roberta DID, so when someone reposts that info, he's 100% to blame, NOT the poster who referenced it.
Why is he to blame? Blame for what? Underestimating how much of an asshole some people on pat.net are, I guess.

Blame the victim much?

Pretty silly to post personal information while making enemies on the internet.
But why repost some of his personal information if it's endangering his life.
@patrick
start with this thread, where dodgerfucktard has done it again twice...

It's funny how your recall extends far beyond your May 2016 join date.
You need professional help in the worst possible way.
To Dan that's a come-on...

Ignore cures that affliction.
Great idea!
I will ignore everyone so I will only be reading brilliant essays,MINE.
If someone takes time to get personal information that's not easily accessible, and spreads it around, that's wrong. But if they just repost what a user voluntarily shared...
Sounds like some users can't take the heat from their unpopular posts, and want their mommy to make the mean people stop.
Re: dodgererfan and ironman:
They keep posting someone's personal information and even workplace on your site. I am not that person, but I've contacted him, and he is asking me to ask you to
1. Delete such posts, since they are in violation of your site's terms of use.
2. block those posters if they continue to do so.
