If the best argument you can make is going to another country when this thread is specifically about the conservatives and liberals and economics in America -- and yes, what constitutes conservative and liberal varies greatly from country to country -- then your basically admitting the op is right.

MYTH: Republican radio's popularity and success is market-based. Liberal radio fails because no one listens to it and it can’t compete.
Also, "liberals" don't hide in their Zombie Apocalypse shelters huddled around transistor radios that only pick up AM. Libbies like their news from Jon Stewart (Requiescat In Pace) or their iPhony's and don't usually have the imagination for radio (NPR is the exception to prove the rule). Technology has a well-known and proven liberal bias.
Empirical evidence is the greatest evidence for or against the policies proposed by each party and political faction. Conservatives running government have consistently destroyed their economies whereas liberals running government have consistently created prosperity and surpluses. When conservatives say government is always incompetent, they are speaking about their own experiences running the government.
