Blacks commit more than 80 percent of all interracial violent crime

In 2008, the most recent year for which such data seems to have been collected, FBI surveys show that, out of 520,161 interracial violent crimes, blacks committed 429,444 of them against whites, while whites committed 90,717 of them against blacks.

In other words, blacks commit more than 80 percent of all interracial violent crime.

Ok, so blacks are roughly 13% of the population, and 13% of the perpetrators of crimes on whites...

I know that 5 out of every 4 Americans are bad at fractions...

But should the law prescribe extra punishment for "hate crimes"? If so, should we include black-on-white hate crime, or just ignore those?

It could get embarrassing if it gets published that most hate crime is actually black people deliberately targeting white people for violence...
