Good riddance! The fake ones don't look that good. Don't get me wrong, in certain cases they are better than the alternative (like after a mastectomy or in cases where they didn't grow at all or are deformed in some way). Other than special circumstances, I think implants aren't necessarily better simply because they are bigger than what you were born with.
A lot of doctors will push implants as a way to achieve a breast lift under the argument of less scars. If mine start heading south, I think I'd still go for the lift over the implant. If you're fair skinned and not prone to keloids, the scars will be virtually invisible in a year or so.
I usually agree with you, but I disagree in this case. Some women have little or no boobs at all, and they simply look better with bigger fake ones...at least to most men.

The analyst pointed to a decline in breast augmentations as one example of consumers' changing tastes. Roughly 279,000 American women went under the knife in 2015, down from nearly 331,000 three years earlier. It was the third consecutive year that number had fallen.
