It's best to have cold blooded dictators on our side.

Pakistan is better as a failed state dictatorship than as an islamist state. Bush Jr, Obama and Clinton were seemingly incapable of recognizing this.

Start with Richard Cheney. And I agree with you. The extent to which the Bin Laden people were involved is difficult to understand, but I know Cheney was involved.
