No, Obama was a proven diplomat. he sucked when it came to gun control and false flags and hoaxes. But capacity utilization and unemployment were low, and fiscal stimulus would have helped America but the Republicans would not help Obama. So now, we are at nearly full employment but capital utilization is dropping again. Trump may not be able to even help the economy much due to full employment.
