Powell's advice to Hillary was how to send Personal Emails to Friends without going through State. He recommended she use dialup and a separate email account:

That's what I'm thinking about, all the mayhem cost the Democrats the 1968 and 1972 elections and brought an end to the New Left, but not before they left us the drug culture and sexual revolution which we live with to this day. Several terrorist groups proliferated throughout the 70's both here and in Europe before finally being brought down in the 80's. So many bombs were going off in New York City by 1976 that the stories were relegated to inside pages they were so ho-hum.
