I've preferred leaders who I occasionally believed to be uttering a sincere belief or thought. Maybe those that like Trump are like him ? Everything for them is manipulation or an expression of ego ?

Finding Obama lies is similar in difficulty to finding things Trump says that are not lies.But also most people did keep their doctors under the ACA, and we were hopeful about change under Obama.
