This is easily discernible. First, though, it was actually 800 billion, and 300 + billion of it was in tax cuts, the largest single tax cut in US history.
Trump's IS a trillion, but I'm sure the austerity/sequestration dipshits will all of the sudden find their support for stimulus. Asswipes.
My kids did just fine in public education but the inner city schools even with major investment continue to lose, look a Chicago and Rahm, what a shame. In the end Teachers unions only care about themselves, damn the kids I need my pension.

I am in California. As part of my biz I get visits from folks around the world. More than once they have commented how the roads here are 3rd world quality. Unions and pensions are going to kill many cities and states. Unwilling to claim bankruptcy for fear of cuts in unrealistic pensions.

Look at the solvency of democrat states vs republican states, what does that show? The more they spend the more likely they are blue states and on edge of failing.
