Greed motivates people to do bad things. Is that really so hard to understand?
What you're too poor to understand is that greed isn't just for money. Money is and always has been a stand in for POWER. At some point, money ceases to directly buy power and other tactics must be used to increase ones power. In a Democracy where the people decide who holds power, the path to power is through public opinion. Owning media allows one to help shape that opinion to desired ends.
I really feel that someone intelligent would get this. Shit test, Dan.
