Yes. Fox and Hannity are scarily influential in how the WH communicates and how Trump tweets. They are quite the little propaganda machine, often trying to rush to Trump's defense, especially on the rough days. It's so transparent as to be laughable.
What is interesting is to check out Drudge report now and then. They seemingly have moved anti-Trump the past month. I don't know how influential they are anymore, but they were a big deal with Bush. Very interesting.
