The Second Amendment has been dead since at least WWII if not since the Civil War. You cannot keep and bear the vast majority of arms including biological, chemical, nuclear, assault, tanks, attack helicopters, land mines, flame throwers, RPGs, etc. There is nothing special about guns that make them more of a right than any of these other arms.
Hell, we should tie gun privileges to climate change. The more climate change, as indicated by the IPCC, the fewer gun privileges. Then the conservative right will give a damn.
