One of the most ridiculous force-fed feminist shit was "Moana" cartoon from Disney. All male characters there are cowards, weaklings, idiots or a combination of the above. Yes she is kind of made the savior by light speeding that fucking ship into the enemy, but you should probably have a bigger problem with Rae (sp?) in my opinion if your going the SJW route complaint.

I was ultimately entertained enough and am getting rather disappointed in how everything, literally everything is becoming politicized in some way or another. It's either a bad movie or good movie. Don't judge it based on some political feeling. Not sure why it's necessary to be in THIS or THAT camp, especially when talking about a science fiction movie of all things. It is fake, or so I hope people realize.

The 1st Order begins attacking the Rebel Fleet and decimates it. The Rebels attempt a getaway, Leia gets blown out of the ship's bridge and her along with Admiral Freaking Ackbar are killed instantly, or so we think.

But Leia somehow uses force surviving powers and floats back into the ship like Mary Poppins.

OUT OF NOWHERE, Vice Admiral Gender Studies (Holdo) comes into the scene. No explanation for who she is, just some purple haired vaguely lesbian feminist comes out and is supposedly some battle hardened hero who looks like she came out of the Woman's Resist Marches. I remember someone two rows behind me giving a disgusted laugh when she first appeared on screen followed by multiple giggles. it was just... ridiculous.

Po, who is the next highest ranking officer, but still below Vice Admiral Gender Studies basically says, "We're outnumbered 5 to 1, and literally hours away from being blown away when our fuel runs out, what's the plan?"

Now I haven't served in the military, but ONE WOULD THINK that the CO and XO of a freaking FLEET would discuss the situation and keep each other informed about their tactics and thoughts on the situation.

NOPE. Vice Admiral Gender Studies tells Po to fuck off and mind his own business. Just like that. It's a scene literally written to emasculate the main high testosterone good male via feminist brow beating.

Then she gets to do the whole heroic kamakazi run which destroyed Snoke's flagship. My only question is, from a story perspective, wouldn't ADMIRAL FREAKING ACKBAR have been 10x a better choice? I mean for fucks sake we've only known this purple haired freak for 30-40 minutes. Ackbar has been in the canon for what... 30 years?!

I don't even want to get into the whole "Rich people planet full of child slaves and animals who just want to run free in the grass fields" sub-plot. Or the token asian female who works below deck as ... whatever the fuck she was... and suddenly becomes some heroic pilot who has to save the black guy from himself, and now this interracial couple are in love. Seriously, fuck this movie.

I actually have no problem with Rey, her storyline isn't actually very SJW.

I think it's very odd that someone could watch this abortion of a movie and think, "Nope, NO POLITICAL AGENDA here at all." That's seriously confusing and I wonder if we saw the same movie.

The whole movie was fucking ridiculous.

Exactly. I'm sure the next movie will do pretty good revenue. But just based off user reviews and youtube reviews, a lot of people find this movie frustrating for a lot of the reasons I stated above. Not to mention the story isn't exactly super captivating even if you minus the SJW slant.

I'm done though. Done with the franchise, movies, and anything JJ Abrams related. Seriously, they couldn't leave Star Wars alone. They had to inject this leftist garbage into it, and it really pisses me off because I loved these movies as a kid.

I agree, they are unwatchable lately.

The last two have been bad. The one with the pilot who dies at the end was just boring. This last one was just insulting to anyone with a functioning brain. I literally had to keep myself from being sick at the absolutely magnificent disregard for anything resembling reality, physics, psychology, or science displayed in this film. It was like the producers decided that their art trumped my suspension of disbelief, and went hog wild with effects in any which direction. I mean honestly, BOMBERS of star destroyers who for some fucking reason have to get subjectively “over” a ship in outer fucking space to “drop” a bunch of bombs that look straight out of WWII? Star Wars has always been fantasy, perhaps even a western type of fantasy, but this film showed a breathtaking lack of world building in building a world that made ANY sort of sense! Thus, it’s unrelateable to our world. Thus, we don’t care what happens to it!
It’s a classic mistake made by fiction hacks who forget to make the story relatable to the audience! Instead they stuck in a bunch of side plots that made no sense and advanced the main plot not at all (irrelevant to it as far as i could see). Then Luke “fights” Ben and it’s over.
Fuck.
My five year old probably could have written that. But we’ll never know because she was so bored with the story that she fell asleep in my lap!

Seriously.

Just look at this shit. These are the heroes of the new Star Wars movie. Every MALE main character except the black guy is made to look like an angry head strong idiot (Po, Luke Skywalker). I mean Luke Skywalker gets his ass kicked by Rey in their only confrontation, a girl who has no Jedi training, but you know... girl power.
