With all the talk about the school shootings, let's take a look at what the 2nd Amendment actually says:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Couple things to note in there:

1. The specific mention of a militia being the reason for the need to bear arms.
2. The 2nd Amendment never mentions the word gun at all.

So, what exactly is the definition of "arms"?

In 1755 Dr. Johnson’s Dictionary of the English Language was first published. It defined “arms” as “weapons of offence, or armour of defence.”

Weapons of offence would seem to include pretty much anything and everything, from knives to nuclear weapons. The US has already seen fit to ban some weapons of offence so the 2nd Amendment clearly has not been interpreted strictly as meaning that the US cannot ban all "arms". Therefore, the 2nd Amendment does not guarantee citizens the right to own whatever weapons they choose.

So it then becomes a question of which weapons should be banned, which should be strictly regulated, and which should be lightly regulated or not at all. Like anything else, we should weigh an individual's right with society's right. When looked at in that manner, it becomes very difficult to justify why fully automatic or semi automatic rifles should be allowed. What purpose do they serve an individual? And why would that purpose outweigh the extreme damage those weapons have cased society??

Patrick thinks the Chamber of Commerce is the worst organization, and he may be correct, but the NRA is not far behind.

"Following the Rodney King verdict, Los Angeles police were unable to provide protection to many affected areas due to the overwhelming scale of the riots, instead opting to set up a defensive perimeter around the wealthier and typically white Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, cutting off Koreatown and abandoning other minority and low-income communities, leaving the Koreatown community to fend for themselves."

As a veteran this disturbs my practical sense of field discipline. If you think you need an AR-15 on your person while shopping, then why are you wearing sandals? If there be shooting, there be broken glass, there be rolling around on the ground in the gravel and grit. You would need more than a sports bra. There is something very weird about Israel, some kind of massive delusion field. When women like this wear rifles in a shopping mall, it's a fashion statement.

I saw a similar trend at the weapons range last week. Many women, who I was pretty sure were Jews, practicing. I thought it was great.

The more American's with guns, the better, don't give a shit why, or what their ethnicity is, just more, more, more!

Sexy!

The idea of lugging around a rifle everywhere you go is appealing for about 2 hours. Even if it's a featherweight AR. And then it gets old. Very, very old. I'll stick to my microcompacts for that duty, thankyouverymuch.

It's better to have an AR and not need one than to need an AR and not have one.

Combat boots wouldn't match the outfit.

Agreed! They accessorize with an Uzi when they are going out to crowded night clubs.

With the added advantage of concealment. A rifle on your back is asking to be shot first.

I've always felt that way about people who open carry handguns too.

As President Joe Biden and the Democrats continue to push their radical anti-Second Amendment agenda, the American people are responding by buying guns in their droves.

A recent NBC News national poll revealed that a majority of respondents, 52%, said there is a gun in their household.

The figure is up from previous years and a record number since the poll question’s inception in 1999.

Back in 2013, 42% of Americans said someone in their household owned a gun.

That number slowly climbed up to 46% in 2019.

“In the last ten years, we’ve grown [10 points] in gun ownership,” remarked Micah Roberts, from a Republican polling firm.

“That’s a very stunning number.”

Roberts co-conducted the poll with members of Democrat polling firm Hart Research.

“By and large, things don’t change that dramatically that quickly when it comes to something as fundamental as whether you own a gun,” he added.

In addition to the NBC poll, a new Harvard poll shows that six in ten voters believe owning a gun is necessary for protecting themselves from criminals.

The main point of owning a gun is mostly to protect yourself from the corporate-government complex which continuously massively violates basic human rights, such as by imposing toxxine mandates.

I'm sick of seeing videos like this come out of our big lefty-run cities.

Video out of Chiraq.

"No, no, no. They have a gun."

"Stay in here. Stay in here."

These are things people who come unprepared to the party say.
Poor lady is just getting beat up and robbed while people watch from the window. What can they do? It's essentially illegal for anyone to carry guns in Chiraq, even though all the criminals have them. They've been told the government will take care of them. All they're gonna do is watch and pray while the perps run the show.

Get yourself prepared. And if you can't do that in "gun-free" cities like Chiraq, my advice is to leave immediately.
