Just in time for the midterms. The main Horowitz IG report comes out in May. There's speculation that Huber already has a grand jury empaneled - in Utah, not DC so we don't have to worry about 90% Swamp Jury prejudice.

Great--we'll have dueling investigation reports then. I think Mueller's will have slightly more visibility, but we'll see.

Hopefully Horowitz will have more meat than Nunes did..

Comey Failed To Tell Trump Hillary Paid For Dossier.

Former FBI Director James Comey admits in an upcoming ABC interview with George Stephanopoulos that he never told President Trump that the infamous unverified Steele Dossier was paid for in part by Hillary Clinton. Comey notified Donald Trump in the fall of 2016 that the FBI had received "materials" alleging deviant behavior and financial misconduct tied to Russia.

When Comey was asked by Stephanopoulos whether or not he thought President Trump should know about the origins of the salacious and unverified dossier, the former FBI Director simply replied "I don't know the answer to that."

"Did you tell him that the Steele dossier had been financed by his political opponents?" asks ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos.

"No. I didn’t," Comey responded.

"But did he have a right to know that?" continued Stephanopoulos.

"That it had been financed by his political opponents? I don't know the answer to that," Comey said.

Comey also said that he "wasn't sure" about a claim in the dossier that in 2013, Donald Trump hired prostitutes to urinate on a bed that President Obama had slept in.

Any Trump smoking gun would be televised more than that hole that was oozing Oil in the Gulf when Obama had his boot on BP Oil's neck.
There isn't a secret Trump video, memo, tape, no secret smoking guns. They stand up and yell "Hey We GOT ONE!" every time the left THINKS they have something even remotely interesting on Trump.

Yep. For the FBI/DOJ crew headed by McCabe, we've got emails and texts explicitly discussing leaking to the Media as well as incredible bias and partisanship. In McCabes case he lied to investigators at least 4 times, not just according to the OIG but according to the Internal Investigators at the FBI itself.

For Trump and the Dossier, there is nothing. They can't even show Cohen was in Prague, much less met with Russians. The Oligarch Legacy Media has wasted a ton of ink trying to find ways to place Cohen in Prague but can't, and the timing is all wrong.

The only parts of the Dossier that are "confirmed" are items of no bearing on Trump or any staffer or aide, like CNN's crowing of "Russians meeting other Russians" being confirmed or maybe Trump's birthday.

The icing would be to somehow get Steele in front of a Court, hopefully some UK Court on a multi-million Defamation Suit where the laws are much tougher than in the USA. We'd then watch him disclaim pretty much most of the Dossier. Steele hasn't been to Russia in two decades, and all his sources were 2nd or 3rd hand and paid.

It's funny that nobody is doing this. Do you think it might be because the dossier is clean and people know such a case would make them look like an idiot?

The only one that threatened to do so suddenly dropped his suit. Funny how that works.

Democrats? Neither McCabe nor Comey are Democrats--both vote Republican. Comey threw the election to Trump for God's sake. Why do you think the Dems care about them?
