Agreed. This was one of the reasons why I was optimistic about Obama. Then he got elected and never mentioned getting private $$ out of politics again.

Not sure if Trump has mentioned this problem. He has however put limits on the DC revolving, which is a first in memorable history.

Yeah, moral panics happen when a society allows righteousness to flow unchecked. Its one of the signs of impending danger within a misguided society. Start banning free speech (and dangerous free speakers) from schools, universities, jobs, television, etc... and this will happen. It always has.

Somehow the left thinks embracing their misguided righteousness is a good thing. This is why they are dangerous.
