15. At least 60k "Syrian" "refugees" arriving in the USA, at American expense, per year starting in 2017. Statistically, 97% would be Sunni Muslims, 70% male, at least 20% would call the Islamic State a "positive influence", and 2% would be actual ISIL jihadis. Armed with ISIL kill lists of American targets, these jihadis could then hit soft targets (e.g. mass transit) killing thousands of Americans, thus 'justifying' mass surveillance of everyone, in order to find those doing what Islam says to do. Those who don't personally commit terrorism would provide cover for those who do, and would strain American public assistance while competing with American labor for jobs, propping up housing costs while driving down wages. All of this would serve the Clintons' corporate and Saudi sponsors, at terrible cost to everyone else, much like Hillary's War in Libya, which she expanded into Syria by running Libyan guns to Sunni militias including ultimately al-Qaida.
