Thanks CBOE Trader. The Judge is actually pissed the case is so weak and based on circumstantial evidence. Problem is for Mueller, this is a criminal not civil trial, "Preponderance of Evidence" or "Appears to be living beyond means" != Beyond a Reasonable Doubt.

It appears to me that Manafort is probably guilty of tax evasion and perhaps a number of other slime-ball crimes. So is Podesta who Mueller also referred to prosecution.
Neither of these relate to Trump in any way. HRC otoh has been tied to the Podestas for 20 years.
