There was contaminated XTC (a drug - aka ecstasy, MDMA) in the 1990's. This drug actually caused his symptoms. XTC even in pure form might cause this.

Neurologists know, but there's no warning about the drug widely disseminated and if Fox really wanted to help people rather than be a poster boy for donations, he'd disclose why he developed Parkinson's. Since it's easily avoidable, it's unlikely he'd be as effective as a poster boy to draw in donations.

Agreed. Honestly to take it a step further, I’ve lost my faith in the decency of my fellow Americans and America itself as a government. I disagree, they just want to do "the right thing". Their problem is they are kind of like children and have to be told what "the right thing" is.

In my view, most lefties want to do good, but they don't spend a lot of time thinking about what they are told is "good" is actually good. They are generally trying to do the right thing.
