Or all men will lose to feminists, we’ll lose our right to be men.

This isn’t fight for or anti abortion. It’s a fight of men vs feminist bitches. The bitches who hate all men and want to accuse everyone of rape to gain power over them.

For those that don’t know, a grown woman with a child’s voice is very often evidence of phsychological trauma as a result of sexual abuse as a child....the voice is from the age the person suffered the abuse. In this case I also beleive Ford is faking the voice. It may not be a blatant faking...it may be more a result of the mental illness she clearly suffers.

This.

I think she's conflating something that happened elsewhere and with somebody else, but the Political Environment has made her insert Kavanaugh's face.

Deep Down she knows this, and she knows it intellectually as a psychologist what happens with memories (they conflate readily esp. with distance from the event) hence the messed up affect.
136   MisdemeanorRebel   2018 Sep 27, 12:48pm

People are saying Kavanaugh is "Magnificent" "Baring his soul"

The Dems are trying the "Angry Brett" long prepared catch phrase but it's falling flat and resonating like a pin dropped on a shag carpet.

Wow, Kavanaugh is ripping Diane FakeStein a new asshole. She's a stuttering mess. She knows she's a fucking liar.

In a time long passed, someone like FakeStein would face a firing squad for treason and the crowds would whistle, cheer and clap.

What a dick.

How dare a man be upset that he is accused of running rape gangs, losing his livelihood and having death threats against his family - right?

Ford admitted to dealing with mental illness.
142   WookieMan   2018 Sep 27, 3:55pm

Saw good chunks of it today. Ford looked and sounded like she was lying plain and simple. To say otherwise is ignoring the facts of her behavior during and leading up to this whole shit show.

It’s really got nothing to do with what Kavanaugh has to say. She was not compelling and the voice thing was weird as mentioned by a few already. Combine that with constantly talking to her attorneys after every question and playing dumb. You were either assaulted or not. There shouldn’t be a need to talk to two attorneys sitting next to you. I don’t get what she was asking them, the questions were really straight forward.

Sure, and maybe Jesus does indeed talk to the babbling train lady, and my target bag is a sign of the devil.

All we can go on is evidence. Accuser has none, Kavanaugh has every shred of identifiable support in his favor. Believe the accusers with the same faith that the crazy bag lady is speaking to Jesus.

I choose to follow facts and evidence (so will most americans).

No one with two brain cells to rub together could possibly think this is anything but partisan politics. We're talking 99 to 1. Sure, there is a 1% chance she was assaulted but based on the evidence, it's simply an extremely weak case (weaker than "OJ didn't do it").

I don't think anyone realizes how badly this has hurt the credibility of the Democrats.

The baby voice actress, the completely transparent attempt at a smear job, seeing Diane FakeStein stuttering, getting her asshole shredded by Kavanaugh on live TV is going to have an effect on the polls in November.

These judges are far from impartial. You can almost predict 9 out of 10 votes from all of them. I still don't get why one even wants the job outside of ego. He's an attorney that became a federal judge and has worked high up in the government. His connections should easily be able to get him paid $500k/yr in the private sector.

Frankly, that's why I believe he's telling the truth. He has nothing to lose by walking away and getting a higher paying job. He has more to lose by going through with the BS and potentially airing real dirty laundry from his past going through this process.
149   mell   2018 Sep 27, 6:05pm

I have one issue with his testimony - it was likely from the heart and you can't fault a man for this, but when he was tearing up he actually played a bit into the leftoids hands. And lo and behold my facetwat feed was full of leftoid leaning womyn MOCKING him for crying and/or suggesting fake weak tears. A man can never be a victim, he will only earn ridicule from the self-professed "empathetic" gender. The irony is that womyn and leftoids will feast on any perceived weakness. So I give Brett a B or a C. A solid B+ or A would have consisted of Brett coming out swinging like the Donald to the fucking Trumpets of Jericho blowing out of every speaker in the room, smack his Irish 8 incher onto the table and yelling into the shrieking leftoid harridan's faces that his friend Spike here would never touch something that fugly. But hey, I think he will be confirmed. Good luck, Brett!
150   clambo   2018 Sep 27, 6:07pm

This entire thing is bullshit from the beginning; there was no rape=there was no sexual assault.

Sexual assault is the word being used incorrectly deliberately; sexual assault means rape.

If it doesn't involve sex organs then there is no "sexual" in the event.

If someone had punched or twisted Ford's arm, etc. then she was a victim of battery, not sexual assault.

He could come back with racism allegations but that may still be a lost cause since wommyn > straight black males on the special olympics hierarchy. So it's ok to discriminate against blacks as long as they are misogynists. Noted.
157   MisdemeanorRebel   2018 Sep 27, 10:22pm

The reason this all happened so late is that right away, the Legal Lesbian Mafia went out into the "Academic Street" looking for an ex-intern, an ex-girlfriend, anybody who worked in the Legal-Academic field that would have known Kavanaugh.

They couldn't find shit. The BEST they came up with was the very weak claim by Ford, a desperate stretch with the Yale Lady, and an absolute far cry reach in Swetnick, who was recruited at the very, very last second b/c she was a former client of Katz whom she believed might make a trained witness. They had her lawyer up with Avanetti so her former connections with Katz, her long history of lawsuits inc. sexual harassment at NY Life, would hopefully not come out until after the damage was done.

After weeks and weeks and dragging GoFundMe Dollar Bills through every Law School & Law Office Park in Coastie Land, these were the best smears they could find.

The accusations were weak, ancient, none were past the Schooling Years, and they had no meat in them, not even a scrap of gristle.
158   MisdemeanorRebel   2018 Sep 27, 10:34pm

That was the Bread-and-Circuses phase.

The Believe the Women, Poor Dear, Heartless Old White Man charade.

Now comes the FU/Infighting phase where various segments of the Democratic party alternatively curse the public, the press, and eventually each other. The only question is whether it is bottled up long enough to make it past the midterm election.

I agree, this is the most likely thing, and this is why the senate deserves no respect. They stand for nothing.

Actually, he will be impartial. He seems tough enough to not let this smear campaign change him. "Impartial" does mean he will occasionally throw the other side a bone because it is their turn, it means that he will hear out and consider all sides fairly, but render a judgement based on his interpretation of the Constitution. However, he may have to use some self discipline if a case comes up about the ability of a accused to seek damages against false testimony.

As far as Roe v Wade going down the tubes, I believe Kavanaugh considers that settled law. Even if Roe v Wade was overturned, all that means is the each state would decide on the legality of abortion. One state may have the procedure banned, another state may have unabridged abortion access, another state banned abortion after 2 months, and so on.

Normally - yes.

But this time no. Looks like the Republicans have all the votes to confirm Kavanaugh.

They didn't lie down and let the Democrats weaponize the MeToo movement to project the Democrat party's sexual abuse problems on a good man like Kavanaugh.

Based on his legal history, there's a good chance he would let it return to the states (where it should be).

Plus, he really, really hates the left, now, and forever. Thanks Diane FakeStein!

Funny part is, FakeStein is likely to lose her seat and then retire. What a parting gift for the Democrat party!

She’s fucking terrible. But her opponent is just terrible in a New much more socialist sort of way. I’m truly at a loss of how to vote in five weeks. I hate Feinstein, and I despise the politics of her opponent, but those are the only two on the ballot.

This morning NPR guy announced in a tragic voice that "yesterday was a kind of moment everybody will remember where they were and what they were doing when it happened". I thought to myself: WTF, did another 9/11 just happened and I didn't know about it? Turned out, the guy was referring to all that Kavanaugh covfefe in the Senate.

Her opponent Kevin De Leon is much worse than Feinstein. He supports wide open borders and is a full blown socialist. I would vote for Hillary to replace Feinstein before this asshole.
Also believes that its ok for Illegals to steal social security numbers from Americans which also includes illegal family members. See video at :30
