Or all men will lose to feminists, we’ll lose our right to be men.

This isn’t fight for or anti abortion. It’s a fight of men vs feminist bitches. The bitches who hate all men and want to accuse everyone of rape to gain power over them.

He could come back with racism allegations but that may still be a lost cause since wommyn > straight black males on the special olympics hierarchy. So it's ok to discriminate against blacks as long as they are misogynists. Noted.

The reason this all happened so late is that right away, the Legal Lesbian Mafia went out into the "Academic Street" looking for an ex-intern, an ex-girlfriend, anybody who worked in the Legal-Academic field that would have known Kavanaugh.

They couldn't find shit. The BEST they came up with was the very weak claim by Ford, a desperate stretch with the Yale Lady, and an absolute far cry reach in Swetnick, who was recruited at the very, very last second b/c she was a former client of Katz whom she believed might make a trained witness. They had her lawyer up with Avanetti so her former connections with Katz, her long history of lawsuits inc. sexual harassment at NY Life, would hopefully not come out until after the damage was done.

After weeks and weeks and dragging GoFundMe Dollar Bills through every Law School & Law Office Park in Coastie Land, these were the best smears they could find.

The accusations were weak, ancient, none were past the Schooling Years, and they had no meat in them, not even a scrap of gristle.

That was the Bread-and-Circuses phase.

The Believe the Women, Poor Dear, Heartless Old White Man charade.

Now comes the FU/Infighting phase where various segments of the Democratic party alternatively curse the public, the press, and eventually each other. The only question is whether it is bottled up long enough to make it past the midterm election.

I feel like Kavs confirmation will go whichever way the polls tell the Senate to jump. They aren’t there for justice or to do their job. They’re going to do whatever gets them re-elected.

I agree, this is the most likely thing, and this is why the senate deserves no respect. They stand for nothing.

Can't wait for Bret to get confirmed. He is SOOO gonna stick it to cases the are near & dear to Libtards. Forget 'impartiality'. Who could ever rightfully expect him to be impartial after this?

Roe vs Wade is going down the tubes because Dems can’t act like adults.

Actually, he will be impartial. He seems tough enough to not let this smear campaign change him. "Impartial" does mean he will occasionally throw the other side a bone because it is their turn, it means that he will hear out and consider all sides fairly, but render a judgement based on his interpretation of the Constitution. However, he may have to use some self discipline if a case comes up about the ability of a accused to seek damages against false testimony.

As far as Roe v Wade going down the tubes, I believe Kavanaugh considers that settled law. Even if Roe v Wade was overturned, all that means is the each state would decide on the legality of abortion. One state may have the procedure banned, another state may have unabridged abortion access, another state banned abortion after 2 months, and so on.

Normally - yes.

But this time no. Looks like the Republicans have all the votes to confirm Kavanaugh.

They didn't lie down and let the Democrats weaponize the MeToo movement to project the Democrat party's sexual abuse problems on a good man like Kavanaugh.

Manchin is a for sure Kav vote. If he were to vote against Kav, he would lose his seat easy.

Based on his legal history, there's a good chance he would let it return to the states (where it should be).

Plus, he really, really hates the left, now, and forever. Thanks Diane FakeStein!

Funny part is, FakeStein is likely to lose her seat and then retire. What a parting gift for the Democrat party!

She’s fucking terrible. But her opponent is just terrible in a New much more socialist sort of way. I’m truly at a loss of how to vote in five weeks. I hate Feinstein, and I despise the politics of her opponent, but those are the only two on the ballot.
167   RWSGFY   2018 Sep 28, 8:36am

This morning NPR guy announced in a tragic voice that "yesterday was a kind of moment everybody will remember where they were and what they were doing when it happened". I thought to myself: WTF, did another 9/11 just happened and I didn't know about it? Turned out, the guy was referring to all that Kavanaugh covfefe in the Senate.

Her opponent Kevin De Leon is much worse than Feinstein. He supports wide open borders and is a full blown socialist. I would vote for Hillary to replace Feinstein before this asshole.
Also believes that its ok for Illegals to steal social security numbers from Americans which also includes illegal family members. See video at :30

De Leon is going to oust FakeStein because of his surname. That's how Democrats vote.

Vote for who you think is best, even if written in. Who knows, maybe enough others feel the same way as you do to a least start a change.

These days one can't be sure what's joke and what's not anymore.

This is why Rin needs to be a Supreme Court justice.

Men and women will separate.

Men will see hoes legally, and then, sexbots starting 2030 when the technology matures.

Women will use strap-on dildos and pleasure each other.

The problem of faux rape charges has now been resolved!
