Has that happened? I have not heard that it has been followed through. But let's say it will be, you do realize that that particular site had been so degraded by multiple nuke tests that it was collapsing, had killed many people and had to abandoned? So allowing verification of a site you are already abandoning for safety reasons is almost meaningless, I certainly wouldn't want to be one of the inspectors on that gig. When they start allowing (and it really happens) unannounced inspection of active facilities to verify the dismantlement of their nukes then I will kiss the ring on Trump's tiny finger.
