No, it is fake news because it isn't true. Even the initial news stories decrying Trump for "children in cages" used images from the Obama era to blame Trump.

Real reasons The Iran Nuclear Deal is a bad one:

1. Iran deal contains sunset clauses, or parts of the agreement that will ultimately expire. Under the deal, the restrictions on Iran's centrifuges go away after 10 years (in 2025) and the limitations on uranium enrichment disappear five years after that (2030).

2. The deal does nothing at all to stop missile development.

Thus, Trump has withdrawn from the deal, imposed sanctions, and has an open invitation for further talks. The idea Trump hates the deal because Obama had done that deal is infantile partisan sniping.
