A worker who builds the units said they have nothing to do with the utilities associated with the buildings. Because they are directly hooked up to the ventilation outlets of the rooms, he says he thinks they are for carbon monoxide or gases to be piped into targeted apartments. Then, of course, they could claim the occupant 'died of Covid'. There was also a tape of a guard threatening an unruly occupant that they would have to use gas on them.
