Memes aren't meant to report the news, or be an inside joke to make some feel uncomfortable while others giggle at the inside joke.
Those are just benefits of the Meme.
A Meme's sole purpose is to see level of idiot you're dealing with.

1)Informed Idiot that got the joke and reposts it for others to see
2)A misinformed idiot, who isn't aware the mainstream news has been lying to them, but are open to enlightenment
3)Intentionally misinformed idiots that believes the Truth is fake news, they want to protect the status quo narrative at all cost, and your meme violates every iota of decorum in their body. A friend pointed out that Trump may have been positioned to set us up for fascism, by showing "democracy" (what this laughably is called) doesn't work. Maybe Biden was placed into power (we are supposed to believe legitimately) to fail, so a strongman could enter into power.

If it is to be fascism or communism, I guess fascism. At least the trains run on time and people don't starve because of political correctness. At least in fascism, there's social mobility although climbing up means selling your soul.
