Apparently the Deep State managed to shoehorn some kind of vocoder in there that made Trump sound "tired". My wife listened live and heard this and wondered if there was something that was wrong with him. She then listened later to a post recording and said Trump sounded fine, it wasn't the same voice as live. Pundit Juan o Savin states that the Deep State can enter computers that are tied to the internet and sniff vids and pictures and alter them as they sit on your computer.
