He held his own as the “formula un” driver opposite Will Ferrell in Talledaga Nights. Will was the lead but was outperformed by pretty much all of his costars in that movie, including Sasha. But at least they got to make that movie, you could never make that movie today, not woke enough for Hollyweird.

Just yesterday the wife and I drove through Paradise Park, just north of Santa Cruz, because we saw it on a map and it looked like an odd place for a little suburb.

Turns out it's a Masonic camp. Very nice area.

We looked at Paradise Park on Zillow because the prices were so low years ago. Turned out, you had to be some rank in the Masons in order to buy there, it's a private compound. I have never driven up there, but might be worth a whirl to see if they have the symbology around there.
Our first next door neighbor was a fairly high ranking Mason in Santa Cruz. He was a surly bastard, never even acknowledged our existence or said hello, though his wife was nice.
Switzerland is chock full of Masonic symbology everywhere. I know a lot of people don't want to believe it, but it appears to be a real thing. It's their cult and their religion.

All of the Chinese joints around me, still have plexiglass up at the door with a little square cut out. I'm not going to order food through a hole while I stand outside. it's why don't get food from a Roach Coach.

Another thing that got me thinking, my favorite Chinese place I used to frequent near my job, before Covid hit. The owner lady that ran the cash register told me her daughter was in Hong Kong, about the time the riots were going down. I started going into the CCP politics and future of China, a fat Chinese lady peeked her head from around the corner and gave her dagger eyes. The lady throwing her shade was new there, she was not the owner or her boss. The lady at the cash register then clammed up, and acted like she was too busy to carry on the conversation. We had a History of exchanging small talk while I waited for my order in the past. The whole episode gave me the impression, that the big Chinese lady in the back is a CCP observer, to keep the expatriates in line.

I get the feeling any Chinese place still towing the Covid line, is ran by Commies or under their control.

So I'll just make my own Egg Fu Young and Phoenix Chicken.
