Y'all remember the "Black is Beautiful" movement. I now believe it was created, expecting White people say "White is Beautiful" so the White and Jewish Lawyers could decry how we were taking something from Black people and merely returning that sentiment in kind to their own Racial beauty acercion, while making no claim about the homeliness or comeliness of the other party, nor intended. Of course nobody gave a rip but Bet and Jet magazine, and nothing ever came of it, so they stopped promoting it as a slogan.

The belief that courts are about justice is absurd. The concept of justice itself is absurd. Courts are about remedies. There is no justice system, there is only a remedy system, its a system that can be gamed. Nowadays, in Columbus Ohio, juvenile crime is increasing because juveniles and their handlers have figured out that the law does not provide a remedy for juvenile crimes.

That's Old Normal logic, and you would be right.
Today's Justice system is off the rails, and you missed the point of that meme entirely. The Judge himself is a bear hunting sportsman. At least Old Normal Judges had the integrity to recuse themselves from conflicts of interest, if they were unable to keep their partisan bias out of the case. Today Judges are appointed and approved based on their willingness to protect the crooked, and corrupt. The guilty can never come to light, because the Victims have no standing.

I hear you. Judges are selected for election because of their ideological beliefs/party affiliation. They are essentially agents of the party.

Since nobody will tell us the fucking truth about how Monkeypox is transmitted, how would we know @RWSGFY ?

The circumstantial evidence points firmly to fudgepacking being the main risk factor.

There is a world view of democracy and this view is theoretical. If one were to look into the details of democracy, one would probably realize that what we usually call democracy doesn't exist at all. I myself don't know what makes a democracy a democracy. So when a politician uses the word democracy, its a lie, its bullshit. Is democracy a conditioning that begins in schools and gets solidified in colleges? There is no democratic party democracy and there is no MAGA democracy. There is no presidential democracy, there is no parliamentary democracy.

You are correct. They used to teach the kids in the schoolz that this country is a representative republic. The founders went to great pains to design a system that would not turn into what it's turned into. In fact, the US has probably the oldest continuous government in the world right now. The Swiss constitution is actually based on what our founders came up with 200+ years ago.

We be fucking it up though.

The biggest fuckup, I think, is delegating power to unelected bureaucrats like Pfauci.

There should be no regulations made by them, only laws made by Congress. Most of what we think of as "laws" are really regulations which the people's representatives never voted on at all.

And then there are the agencies like the CIA/FBI/NSA. None of them should exist. Far from protecting the country, they actively threaten it.

The Federal government should be about 1% of its current size. Aside from borders, national trade policy, and defense, everything else is the proper domain of the states.

The biggest fuck up, is how the fuck can these fuckers print trillions without a vote? Without the trillions, the elite parasites would not be as strong as they are now. These fuckers got rich off these trillions that were printed. These trillions are based on the sweat of the citizens of this country. These trillions belong to the people and how can they print it without people voting on it. Where the fuck are the so called Republicans? There was a time, I remember, when Clinton was President, the country had a balanced budget
18002   Patrick   2022 Sep 1, 5:02pm

True.

Do the people get to vote on how much the Federal Reserve prints up? No.

Why is our currency in the hands of people who were never elected?

Why don't we have silver coins which worked for millenia?

How the fuck does this happens and not a squeak from the people or anyone in the uniparty? What's the point in finger pointing at China or Russia or Iran or whatever country when this shit happens and will likely happen in the future?
18004   Patrick   2022 Sep 1, 5:26pm

They will tell you that it's too complicated for you to understand why we can't have silver coins.

But we could just start using silver coins with each other.

We do!

I keep this in my pocket. Worth more than $20 but I carry it for its antimicrobial properties.

18008   Patrick   2022 Sep 1, 7:25pm

A good start!

We could literally use Morgan Dollars, Peace Dollars, and all the quarters and dimes they minted. There are still a ton of them out there.

All US currency is still valid, so the government cannot object to its being used as currency.

All US currency is still valid, so the government cannot object to its being used as currency.

Roosevelts government demanded all gold in the early 30's. They mandated that people turn in all coins and bullion. People were not allowed to open their safe deposit box without an agent there making sure they had no gold.

They put it all in fort Knox for safe keeping.

After they gathered up and traded all of the real money for paper, they devalued the paper. Our fiat currency has been inflating ever since and it is inevitable that it will eventually be worth the paper it is printed on.

There is a lot of "constitutional" silver hoarded by people that know its worth. What is to stop the government from calling in all old coinage at face value?

I never thought I would live through times like these in America. It's a fucking dystopian nightmare.
