And it wasn't even that tall of a building. That building collapse looked nothing like a pancaked building you see in an earthquake aftermath. Where the floors are all intact they are just condensed and stacked upon each other.

There has never been a huge building/s constructed and compromised to learn the science of building collapses. We have preconceived notions based on what we see after a calamity.
SO when people get on the horn and harp about the Twin Towers and start yammering on about how buildings collapse from a controlled demolition vs a natural or not so natural uncontrolled collapse. Well the Miami beach result was classic textbook controlled demolition result. But we all know there were no explosives that brought that building down.
