I run 3 IQAir filters 24/7 around my house. These won't filter chemical poisons, but they will filter viruses. I picked a few up cheap in TX, but the filters are $$$. That being said, after about 4-5 years, the only stuff these pick up is human skin (it looks like a grayish-white powder).
