Supposedly being on a 'nightmare' paleo diet for the last year and a half, avoiding the grain and toxic seed oil gauntlet, my LDL dropped to 91. It was always in a very safe range, but I have been eating eggs, butter, meat, fat etc., and have lost a lot of weight (without specific dieting, just altering food choices) and it is still dropping slowly. It seems my hormones have perked up, too.
