The wife has been hand-salting 100% grass fed beef in the fridge for the last few days. It might not be ready for today, but definitely tomorrow. She wanted to do green jello - I suggested a hung effigy of Cromwell instead.

I'm not sure what's with the boots, but otherwise I enjoy the depiction of Irish stereotypes, which, like all stereotypes, have some basis in truth.
The horseshoe should be pointed up though, so your luck doesn't run out!
