We are a nation divided, we suspect perpetrators to be carrying, our diversity reduces civic participation, our over abundance of lawyers makes us fearful of lawsuits. And thus we film from a safe distance.

One place where I don’t see this is Eastern Europe. People still intervene when women and the elderly are being exploited in public, youth give up their bus seat to elderly, etc... But there aren’t the amount of lawyers ready to take cases, there isn’t the amount of diversity (people look the same and practice the same religion), and there are few civilian guns. Therefore people there put down their phones and step in for the greater good of society.

Notice they also protected the Thug by censoring out the undoubtedly racist triad he spewed at the Soy Boys.
The Left are so far off the Rails of Morality. They don't see assaulting an old woman (See Hate Boomers and Blame them for everything) as a crime, but of course, racist vitriol is a Hate Crime. So they protected the Scumbag that needs a bullet in his head and pissed on and left behind a dumpster.

I don’t think so. It’s a generational thing I think. Most likely due to the rise of the single mom in the 90’s.

I would have stepped in immediately, even at risk of substantial physical harm to myself. Yet in my mid 40’s I’m already a dinosaur to the 18 year olds out there.

Bet you don’t find the same phenomenon amount the kids in the Midwest.

What the world needs now is a Bernhard Goetz on every train. Assault honest citizens, expect others to come to their aid. The further we get from that, the closer we are to the precipice of civilizational collapse.

This is objectively true, and yet unfair to the majority of blacks, those who would not actually hurt anyone.

So it's an ugly dilemma between self-preservation and fairness.

I don't know how to solve it, but I do know that it's also not fair to demand that everyone simply ignore the most accurate indicator of danger on the streets.

Now this is a curious statement.

I went with my parents to both London and NY a few years back, when they were in their late 60's. A week in London and not once did a man give up their seat to my mom.

Every single time we rode the subway in NYC, someone gave up their seat for my mom. Even on two occasions actual gang bangers, by their tattoo's. Literally a dude with prison tats...big bald latino guy, instantly offered up his seat when he saw my mom.

That one aspect gave me a bitter taste in my mouth about the Brits. I'd hope its endemic to London only.

The person that filmed and uploaded the video needs to be charged with tampering with evidence of a crime.

Now that we've seen how petty Liberals will get and just how low they'll go to silence opposition. Let's never leave no stone unturned to bring these Animals to Heel!
