I was more focused on the 12 beers for a hangout with a buddy. That seems like a lot, and it's Guinness. That would be like eating a whole turkey. I'd think a 6 pack would have sufficed.

hmmm.. didn't realize Guinness had that low an alcohol content, just looked it up. I can't stand the taste of it, but I just figured it was closer to 6-7%. So it's not as many as I thought.

6 in two hours is pretty standard for me too. I don't mind the taste of my favorite beer, but to beer snobs it's shit - Busch Light. I'm also a taller guy, so I feel like even with quantity I can absorb it without feeling wasted. 6 craft beers (6-7%) would put most my shorter, light weight buddies on the floor in two hours. I'm 100% a beer guy though. Haven't had wine, shots or mixed drinks in over a decade. Maybe wine or champagne a couple times a year, one or two drinks.

That methane though. lol. Highjack over.

I think the best thing that has happened to Ameirca's beer market and the best thing that happened to Budweiser(after they turned into the McDonald's of Beer) is InBev buying them.

I like full bodied, full flavor beer. I don't care for the American light colored, flash fermented beer. We used to make great lagers and Pilsners but not any more.

I like Guinness, Saint Paulie Girl, New Castle, Weirstiener, Beck, ect. None of those beers give me a bad hang over. Save for New Castle, they go down like Iced Tea, and I pay dearly for it the next day. Drinking them as fast as they go down.

I also like Amber Boc, Shiner Boc, Anchor Steam Beer, and Samuel Smith Oatmeal Lager, and can do Samuel Adams and Yeingling if I had to.

I can't do Bud Light, Bud Platinum, Budweiser, Bush, and Miller and crap like that.

I will resume my practice of lifting my leg when farting.
