A comparison to black-on-black crime would be telling. Could be blacks are more prone to commit crimes in general. Criminal gene, bad cultural values, less advanced genetically, it’s whitey’s fault, why we need reparations, etc....

More guns are the answer. Whites conquered Africa with guns, definitively defeating every army thrown against the by the spear chuckers. Concealed carry on a massive scale would make blacks respectful of the whites once again.

One could walk at 2 am safely while nowadays one can not walk through there at daylight. After introducing welfare for single mothers and other stupid things such as "blame white person for me using crack" stupidity, crime rate shot up. Furthermore, I do not know how it is now, but in 2000's one of the safest cities in the world was Asmara in Africa (capital of Eritrea) despite extreme poverty.
