That being said, Obama is STILL responsible for ISIS. However, Obama ignored ISIS as the JV team just before they conquered most of Syria and a huge swath of Iraq, and even then bombed them tepidly, with tons of warnings. He also tried to use other Islamists and Mercenaries against them, most of whom defected to ISIS with their ObamaWeapons.

They only started slowing down when the Russians started bombing them, and only rolled up when Trump became President and bombed the shit out of them.

Obama also refused to launch a rescue raid to recover Kayla Mueller and other captives.

Agreed 100% - ended up as a mistake on top of stupidity. We'd have a reasonable stable and rich Kurdish state, friendly to Israel and US of A, then Sunni state, poor and rocked by terrorists, and Iranian-aligned Shia state. Everyone would be happy, may be except Sunnis.
