Yes, manufacturing is not a big part of our economy, but it has risen steadily at a faster rate since Trump was elected. The fact that other sectors have risen more quickly DOESNT make this a failed campaign promise. This is sailing upwind into a hurricane of outsourcing started under Clinton.
