Seems reasonably close summary to me, given that the Daily Mail article mentions in the same sentence the conclusion about female leaders. The comments on Pat Net also generally refer to leadership. The sub-heading from Daily Mail clarifies specifically "leadership," unlike a typical NYT article that buries the clarification 20 paragraphs later on a different page.
