Surprise, sweet hearts! The same rules that you make forbidding State Law Enforcement NOT to cooperate with Federal Law Enforcement?

Also means your State Laws banning arrests of Illegals in State Courthouses don't mean diddley San Francisco Squat to Federal Law Enforcement.

"You can't arrest illegals in our Calizuela Courthouse! How dare you?"
:"Screw you pal, I'm working for Donald James Trump."

Now, democrat controlled states are trying the same tactics under the guise of ‘compassion,’ for criminal illegal aliens. California and other states have passed sanctuary laws, prohibiting law enforcement from cooperating with federal authorities in the capture of criminals, even protecting them while they appear in court for breaking other U.S. laws.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents made arrests in California courthouses on Tuesday, causing outrage on the left.

ICE said California’s law doesn’t supersede federal law and “will not govern the conduct of federal officers acting pursuant to duly-enacted laws passed by Congress that provide the authority to make administrative arrests of removable aliens inside the United States.

“Our officers will not have their hands tied by sanctuary rules when enforcing immigration laws to remove criminal aliens from our communities,” David Jennings, ICE’s field office director in San Francisco, said in the statement.

California is one of several states that have passed laws to push back on a Trump administration policy introduced two years ago to make immigration arrests inside courthouses. Last year, California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a law to prohibit immigration arrests at courthouses without a warrant issued by a judge.

Federal gov't should have very few responsibilities, but regulation of immigration should be one of them (+ international diplomacy and defense).

Newsome fail!
So epic.

They should arrest Boudin and the mayor while they're at it. Make it a clean sweep for violating Federal law.

I wonder how much those agents make. If not for the presumed lack of family life I'd sign up; any motherfucker that got in my way or impaired my ability to do my job would get handcuffs too.

How many illegals have Dimwit & his ilk deported from Red States?
Presumably, quite a few. However, in red states, ICE is notified before criminals are released from state and local prisons, so that ICE can safely take custody.

I don't know the details, but if he was deliberately slow-walking deportations, I'm glad he got fired.

The Trump administration has removed Caleb Vitello, the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, from his position, according to two former senior officials with the Department of Homeland Security, under which ICE falls, as well as one current senior DHS official.

Vitello's removal comes after both border czar Tom Homan and President Donald Trump have expressed anger that the number of people being deported is not higher. Homan has also been upset with media leaks coming out of ICE that he said has led to fewer arrests than ICE has anticipated in certain operations.

The current senior DHS official said Vitello will stay on with ICE overseeing enforcement of arrests, targeting and field operations. The senior official also said an announcement is coming soon on who will replace Vitello as acting ICE director.

To be fair, it was a raid on a marijuana farm, probably run by the cartels, not a normal ICE raid. Pot farmers are usually well-armed.

He fired while running away. He’s a moron on multiple levels.

1.) he fired with little chance of actually hitting a target.

2.) he fired while miserably outnumbered by an opponent that couldn’t fire back unless faced with lethal threat.

3.) he has now given reason for the Feds to pursue him wherever(if he hasn’t already been apprehended), with uncounterable video evidence of his crime. At a federal level that means this asshole will 100% be caught and will serve at least 25 years in a maximum security federal prison.

Like I said, dudes an idiot
