Won’t work because they all do drugs. As recently as 2011 City of Los Angeles had more beds than homeless people that would accept them.

The only way to get rid of the homeless is to trash their crap and arrest them and hassle them enough that it’s no longer worth it for them to stay here so they go to some other accommodateing crap hole instead like San Francisco or Seattle.
