Won’t work because they all do drugs. As recently as 2011 City of Los Angeles had more beds than homeless people that would accept them.

The only way to get rid of the homeless is to trash their crap and arrest them and hassle them enough that it’s no longer worth it for them to stay here so they go to some other accommodateing crap hole instead like San Francisco or Seattle. I'm a hard NO on any more stimulus checks. Didn't like the first one. The still employed should be having their bank accounts growing right now with nothing to do. They don't need more. The unemployed are likely making more for the vast majority of people laid off collecting UE plus the federal benefit. I'd guess most unemployed are $50k/yr or less. There's no reason to give out free money at this point.

We do this a 2nd time, a 3rd+ time is going to be expected. Send the money to the god damn places where these people are dying. Nursing homes. Lock them down and give them all the equipment they need. 19 year old Johnny gang banger on the South Side of Chicago doesn't need $2k to buy drugs with. Or a nurse making $80k a year, who likely was financially stupid and could use the $2k, but doesn't "need" it.

Employed people and government workers shouldn't be getting a dime of the first round or any of the 2nd round. If you're on Section 8 and working you get nothing. Social security recipients should get nothing. ANY D or R that supports any $$$ for a 2nd round should be removed from office and lynched. The solution is people working, not this bull shit.
