China is already in Africa, and you know why China is in Africa? Because the West keeps FUCKING Africa. They'll help Africa to develop, but they won't allow Africa to develop manufacturing within their own country. The West only wants to take resources out of Africa, and then sell them developed products made from those raw resources.

The reason you see NOTHING being created in Africa is not because they won't produce anything, is that they're not allowed to. If any attempt is made to produce a factory for self sufficiency, it's blow up, like the Al-Shifa pharmaceutical plant was blown up, supposed it was manufacturing a "weapons precursor". Wrong. Native Africans have a culture that does not recognize being on time and the idea that if you have any item you must share with relatives. This is why no Senegalese own a store in Senegal, as soon as a Senegalese opens up shop, his relatives come by to help themselves to free merchandise. This is the type of culture and attitude that develops in tropical area where no advanced shelters are needed and food is available naturally for the taking. As for that aspirin factory that was blown up, that was done by Clinton to distract from the Lewinski affair (along with missile attack in Afghanistan), not because some entrepreneur decided to build a factory in Africa.

Not an "African-American", an African? I know a few. I know one guy from Ethopia, he's legit one of the best engineers I've ever known. I was sent off to France to help implement a system he setup and created based entirely on specifications that he couldn't test or use which during the week I was there, not a single bug was found or encountered. I don't think I could have done that.

You simply don't understand what the US and the West has been doing to Africa for decades. China builds crap infrastructure, they don't hire Africans to do the work either, the West imports commodities like cocoa beans, but won't import chocolate from the nation. They prop up dictators and foment revolutions. That continent is fucked, but they will, in time, get out of it. They're being forced to.

it was done for dual reasons. Why do you think that particular plant was picked?

It was the ONLY pharmaceutical plant that made drugs to prevent malaria and it was just completed.
