Apparently, in Lancaster PA of all place, they're protesting the death of this thug, Ricardo Munoz. It happened during, of course, a 911 to a domestic disturbance.
All he wanted to do was julienne some carrots for his salad.

People in and around Lancaster are shocked at how fast the protesters showed up. Lancaster, PA ain't exactly the hood. It's a small city smack dab in Mennonite Country, not far from 8th grade sniggering Intercourse, PA.
Looks like any time a cop pulls a gun on a non-White for the next 50 some odd days, it's RAYYYYCYST.
