If Trump and his team have definitive proof (and you believe it) of voter fraud, would you support Trump enacting Marshall Law and not leaving the White House?

There's no doubt in my mind that Venezuelans and Chinese Money worked together here, with the knowledge of Democrat and Deep State bigwigs.

Rule #1-Democrats always project.

+ Russians, don't forget them. Putin said in one interview that he likes D's- his country is still paying money to Angela Davis, who is one of ideological parents of BLM - this is infinitely more proof than what they had in 2016 screaming about Trump and Russians.

Yep, and Biden is literally the father of '09 "reset" with Putin. He even coined the phrase "let's push the reset button".

Nope. No need for Martial Law. If he wins in court and the electors vote properly, he'll win via the electoral college - like every other president. No need for crazy shenanigans.

But what if the courts deny him the chance to fight in court?

Then the state legislators declare the elections too fraudulent to depend on, and nominate the electors.

In fact, it would be great if it happened before SCOTUS, since Article II and Bush v. Gore makes State Legislators totally in charge, and SCOTUS can just affirm their decision without comment.

PA, WI, MI, AZ, and GA all have Rep Legislatures.

Yeah. which ones are the least cucked?

I've never been so psychologically invested in the outcome of an election. It sure would be nice if the outcome had no effect on us. That was how it was supposed to be...the office of president was supposed to have very little to do with citizens.

Well if he has anything he better get to it, the narrative aka media will turn people against him. Shit or get off the pot...

All of them, if they don't want to lose their seats in 2022. Mostly, the power of majority comes from Trump fanatic 70-80% rural and suburban areas, so they can kiss their careers goodbye as most of them are in their 40s and only a few terms in office, too few to build up the influence necessary to get private/lobbyist jobs. They should also realize how much power they'd lose in a Kamala admin that will focus on reducing their power and continuing to centralize the power in DC.

--- or so we hope.

We've got PA's GOP majority leader onboard, or so it appears.

If Trump can cough up some serious evidence, which I hope is NSA intercepts of China/Soros Shit with the Dems... they have a national security excuse to blow past any reasonable objections.

I believe the Benford Law stuff won't cut it as "The Thing" if it comes down to State Legislatures. It'll have to be a whopper that apolitical people can grasp.

Poison Pill in PA State Act 77 allowing PA Mail In Ballots?

If any of the parts are not honored, even to any one person, then the whole thing is tossed.

The whole what thing?

Poison Pill. It prevents an activist court from saying "Well, this part of mail voting was violated, or fraught with issues, but everything else was okay so they must be accepted".

In other words, if any court or even in the opinion of the State Legislature, strikes down a provision or seeks to make an except to the act or decides the least bit of it wasn't properly executed, ALL Mail Ins are null and void because the entire ACT legitimizing mail in ballots is then nullified.
